All plans include everything: all four flows, the full template library, MCP access for your AI, migration importers, and deliverability reporting. There are no feature gates — the tiers differ only in how many distinct contacts you can email per month.

Every plan allows up to 15 sends per contact per month. There are
no per-send fees and no email metering below that line — a contact emailed
ten times in a month still counts once against your plan. Calls beyond the
cap return 429 fair_use_cap. The cap exists to protect
deliverability for everyone (and, frankly, your unsubscribe rate).
Most email platforms price by stored contacts: every profile in the account counts toward the bill, including unsubscribed, suppressed, and long-dormant ones. Klaviyo, for example, has billed for every active profile — engaged or not — since February 2025.
A typical store's list is mostly quiet. Say you have 40,000 profiles but a sensible strategy emails the ~12,000 who have shown signs of life:

A distinct contact who received at least one email from you in the billing month. Flows and campaigns count the same; test-sends to your own inbox don't count at all.
Sending to new distinct contacts pauses at the tier limit until the month rolls over or you upgrade. Nothing is silently billed on top.
Monthly only for now, through Shopify's app billing. No setup fees, no per-send fees, no SMS credits to buy — Charlie is email only.
